I have been a therapist for over a decade providing compassionate and effective mental health care. My background includes individual, group, family, and couples counseling, contributing to my being a versatile and skilled practitioner capable of addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Throughout my career, I have served diverse populations by working in rural, city/urban, and suburban settings with clients ranging from early childhood to elderly. This broad experience has given her unique insights into the varying needs and challenges faced by clients from different backgrounds and communities.
My professional journey encompasses work in community mental health, private practice, and residential care settings. These varied experiences have honed my ability to adapt my therapeutic approach to suit the specific environment and the unique needs of my clients. In my career working in community mental health has been particularly impactful, allowing me to connect with and support individuals and families who might otherwise have limited access to mental health services. In private practice, I have cultivated a personalized approach, offering tailored treatment plans that address the distinct concerns of each client. My time in residential care has deepened her understanding of intensive therapeutic processes and the importance of creating a supportive, healing environment in the least restrictive environment possible.
